As part of Green Days, on March 19, 2024, Hana Huzjak, senior economic advisor of the Working Group for Recovery and Resilience of the European Commission, held a lecture on the topic Green transition for recovery and resilience for students of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management. The students had the opportunity to learn about the work of the Representation of the European Commission in Croatia, which was followed by the presentation of the European Green Plan and the important contribution of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism to the green transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mrs. Huzjak readily answered numerous questions from students about sustainable transportation, low-carbon energy, implementation of renewable energy sources, all with the aim of faster achievement of climate and energy goals by 2030, or even 2050. We thank Mrs. Huzjak for a useful and interesting lecture and look forward to further cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
