The Kvarner Tourist Board, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Kvarner Wines Association&nbsp; and the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management are involved in the Kvarner &#8211; European Region of Gastronomy projects. In order to integrate stakeholders and share knowledge, the Forum has connected different sectors \u2013 agriculture, hospitality, education, science and civil society &#8211; which helps to strengthen the identity of Kvarner&#8217;s gastronomy.
