{"id":28512,"date":"2025-05-02T10:17:44","date_gmt":"2025-05-02T08:17:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fthm.uniri.hr\/?p=28512"},"modified":"2025-05-02T10:17:46","modified_gmt":"2025-05-02T08:17:46","slug":"support-for-students-on-the-master-of-sustainable-outdoor-hospitality-management-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fthm.uniri.hr\/en\/support-for-students-on-the-master-of-sustainable-outdoor-hospitality-management-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Support for students on the Master of Sustainable Outdoor Hospitality Management programme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>After three semesters of study in Breda, Opatija and Girona and completed internships in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Rwanda, the students of the first generation of the joint Master of <em>Sustainable Outdoor Hospitality Management<\/em> successfully defended their thesis in front of the expert committees of all three partner universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ceremony took place on 24 April at the Faculty of Tourism at the University of Girona. In addition to parents, friends and professors, representatives of the Girona-Costa Brava Camping Association and numerous representatives of the camping industry, which plays a significant role in tourism in this region, were also present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to donors such as CARTHAGO-MALIBU, PIN CAMP, ACSI, ANWB and VACANZA COL CUORE, who provided scholarships of 5,000 euros per student, the first generation of leaders in sustainable outdoor hospitality is ready for an international career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The students received three degrees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Master of Arts<\/strong> from the University of Breda (Netherlands),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Master of Economy<\/strong> from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the University of Rijeka (Croatia),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Master of Science<\/strong> from the University of Girona (Spain).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At the graduation ceremony, representatives from all three universities approached the students.
