The Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) 2025 \ud83d\ude80 Boosting Students’ Employability through the Enhancement of Soft Skills<\/em><\/strong>, organised by the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, University of Rijeka<\/strong>, under the direction of Prof. Kristina \u010crnjar and PhD Vedrana \u010cike\u0161<\/strong> has been successfully completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme focused on developing the key soft skills needed for a successful career in tourism, including communication, teamwork, leadership and intercultural competence. Through a combination of virtual lectures and field courses, students had the opportunity to learn, collaborate and gain practical experience in an international environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A special contribution to the programme was made by our partners Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa and Maistra Hospitality Group, who gave the students an insight into the real business environment and potential career opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
