As part of the SITE project (Shaping Inclusive Tourist Experiences), a training session was held at the University of Trieste campus, bringing together experts, tourism stakeholders, and public sector representatives to reflect on how to create tourism that is accessible to all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through concrete examples and practical approaches, the training addressed universal design, accessibility, inclusive communication, and easy language – topics which are increasingly shaping the future of tourism. Members of the project team from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Jelena \u0110urkin Badurina, Nata\u0161a Moreti, Hana Paleka, and Daniela Soldi\u0107 Frleta, also contributed to the delivery of the training, knowledge exchange, and strengthening the skills and competences of tourism stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special emphasis was placed on sharing experiences and connecting different stakeholders, as collaboration is key to developing inclusive destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because tourism is an experience that should be accessible to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
