One of the goals of the project is to shift consumer mindset about the acceptability of aquaculture products based on their proven nutritional value, quality, and safety. The project approach will be based on the collaboration between scientific and industrial partners, and knowledge transfer between cross-border regions. All interested parties are warmly invited to join and support this important project.
