Within the framework of the MARINET project, the Good AquaFood educational and marketing campaign has been launched with the aim of enhancing consumer perception and promoting aquaculture product consumption.
The campaign focuses on improving public awareness of aquaculture products and their benefits, with a particular emphasis on nutritional quality and safety. It is developed on the basis of consumer market research and designed to communicate key messages in a clear and accessible way.
As part of the campaign, a digital Good AquaFood cookbook has been developed, offering practical recipes based on aquaculture products and supporting informed and confident consumption choices.
