A student with disabilities and other difficulties may exercise their right to an academic environment adjustment. A request for an adjustment of the academic environment may be made by students with disabilities and other difficulties and health conditions, which may affect their course of study and for which they require certain reasonable adjustments to the academic environment.
These are students with impairments of sensory functions (vision, hearing), impairments of neuromuscular bone functions and motor and mobility-related functions, damage to organs and organ systems, students with multiple disabilities, chronic illnesses, mental health problems, with specific learning difficulties (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, ADHD), with impairments of language, voice and speech functions and with other health conditions or difficulties that may affect the course of their studies.
