At the 25th Congress of hoteliers in Zagreb, awards for the best hotel managers were awarded for the first time, and the winners were chosen by the expert jury of the Association of Employers in Croatian Hospitality. The prizes were awarded in cooperation with the prestigious Swiss university Les Roches. In the category for the best manager of a 5-star hotel for 2023, Larisa Brljafa from Maistra, manager of the Lone hotel, was awarded. Mateo Žiković, from Aminess Hotels & Resorts, manager of Hotel Maestral, was declared the best manager of a 3- or 4-star hotel for 2023. Larisa Brljafa and Mateo Žiković are alumni of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, and we are proud of their remarkable accomplishment.
