As a part of Interreg project SITE- Shaping Inclusive Tourist Experiences, a workshop on Universal Design was held in Venice from 26 to 28 November. The workshop covered topics such as the principles and application of universal design, the importance of website accessibility and the use of plain language for the inclusive communication and informing. On behalf of FTHM project team, the workshop was attended by: Associate Professor Jelena Đurkin Badurina, Ph. D., Associate Professor Nataša Kovačić, Ph. D., Associate Professor Daniela Soldić Frleta, Ph. D., and research assistant Hana Paleka, PhD.
