From 16 to 20 March 2026, representatives of our Faculty visited the Business School of Cangzhou Normal University in China, where, alongside teaching activities, meetings and discussions were held with the aim of further strengthening international academic and institutional cooperation.
The Faculty was represented at the meetings by Dean Prof. Marko Perić, PhD, and Vice-Dean for International Relations Assoc. Prof. Siniša Bogdan, PhD, while Dean of the Faculty of Law in Rijeka Prof. Dario Đerđa, PhD, also took part in the visit. The participation of Assoc. Prof. Siniša Bogdan was realised within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 programme.
During the visit, Prof. Dario Đerđa, PhD, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the School of Politics and History of Cangzhou Normal University, further strengthening the framework for future academic and institutional cooperation between the Faculty of Law in Rijeka and the said institution.
The visit took place in an atmosphere of open academic dialogue and reaffirmed the importance of international networking, knowledge exchange and the development of future joint activities — particularly in the area of further developing and delivering courses in collaboration with the partner institution, as well as strengthening teaching and academic mobility in support of internationalisation.
