As part of the Career Day on March 28, 2024, “In conversation with” Mrs. ANDREA VRHOVSKI, hotel manager, Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. was held in Zabok. The discussion on the topic of career development between our former student and students was moderated by prof. Ph.D. Kristina Crnjar.
In addition to her rich experience, Mrs. Vrhovski introduced the students to her career path and the specifics of human resources management at Terme Tuhelj d.o.o.. In addition to recommendations on how to successfully plan and develop a career, Mrs. Vrhovski introduced students to the ways in which the organization attracts young people and what is of key importance for their employment and advancement. We thank Mrs. Vrhovski for an interesting conversation and answers to students’ questions.
