As part of the first edition of the University Arts Festival “Prompt or Not”, the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management becomes a space where industrial heritage and contemporary spatial perception intertwine.
The exhibition presents the graduation thesis of Glorija Arapović, dedicated to Rijeka’s industrial heritage. Objects, textures and photographs arrange themselves into a slightly different form each time. The installation consists of a series of mirror-clad cubes whose layout depends on the exhibition space itself. Reflecting the environment around them, these cubes fragment space and create new visual relationships between objects and their surroundings. By multiplying elements across their surfaces, the installation transforms the perception of space and invites you to see your environment in a new light.
