As part of the Good Aquafood campaign, which is carried out within the MARINET project, Prof. Greta Krešić, PhD, and Jelena Kapeš participated on April 10, 2026, on HR2 in the show „Face s placa“.
During the radio appearance, the Good Aquafood campaign was presented, with particular emphasis on its development and the consumer needs it responds to. Research conducted on the Croatian and Italian markets showed that consumers place the greatest importance on safety and nutritional quality, which shaped the key messages of the campaign.
The importance of clear, reliable, and educational communication about aquaculture products was emphasized, as well as the need to bring their benefits closer to consumers through topics such as safety, nutritional quality, and sustainability. The campaign also supports small and medium-sized enterprises in more effectively communicating these values. Participation in the radio programme further contributed to the visibility of the campaign and raised awareness of aquaculture products.
