Zagreb, March 22, 2024 – Excitement is slowly building because less than 20 days are left until the 6th International Congress on Rural Tourism. The wonderful ambiance of the Le Meridien Lav hotel in Podstrana will host numerous scientists and recognized experts from the world of rural tourism from April 10 to 13, 2024. The slogan of the 6th International Congress on Rural Tourism is “Rural tourism: sustainable, digital, inclusive”. The Croatian Association for Tourism and Rural Development “Klub članova Selo” and the organizers of the Congress are working hard on every detail so that all the pieces are perfectly arranged. In addition to eight large thematic units, as well as their subthemes, numerous panels, round tables, and workshops will be held during the Congress. The arrival of more than 300 participants from several European countries is expected, providing a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas and connect with top experts in the field of rural tourism.
The upcoming Congress is already traditionally supported by numerous institutions, as well as faculties and universities throughout Croatia and Europe.
